seem to really like these so I figure I'll just keep making them until you tell me stop but today I have to work later so I figured it'd be a perfect day to show you kind of what I eat in a workday um I don't have to work until after lunch so I'll only be packing dinner and maybe some snacks but at least you can see like what I bring to do work things I'm a nanny if you didn't know so it's kind of easy for me I have like a whole house in a kitchen so it's not like I really need to prepare that much but yeah I'll be showing you what I bring for a dinner tonight and I'm actually not eating a banana blueberry smoothie for breakfast this morning so I thought this would be also another reason to be a perfect day to film one of these I'm actually eating this beautiful Bowl it is some superfood Bircher with frozen cherries that I melted down in the microwave and the bursar is actually chocolate flavoured I've been working on this recipe kind of like tweaking it I really I'm really happy with the way this turned out so the recipe will be linked down below on my blog it's based off of Lonnie Jane's recipe but I've kind of made at my own switch up some of the nuts and seeds made it chocolate flavored and yeah so I'm going to dig into this just forget that that beautiful bowl of deliciousness and then I'm going to work on a blog post and do some more editing try to get some work done today and I will see you guys for lunch alright so it's lunch time and to be honest I'm not that hungry because Bert recused me full for freaking ever and yes I am standing in my bathroom if you're wondering I just really like the light in here but anyway so I felt like I should eat something because it's been a few hours so I'm just snacking on cantaloupe that I cut up last night and I'm really excited because I wasn't sure if it's gonna be good or not and it's actually still really sweet and really ripe and because since because the weather is getting cold so I'm not going to eat melons for that much longer so yeah it's super sweet super ripe super yummy I'm really excited to eat it and this probably isn't all I'm gonna have for lunch it's just what I'm going to eat right now because I'm not that hungry um I just put up the recipe for my chocolate virtua that I had this morning on my blog so that will be linked below and other than making that blog post I've literally just been watching YouTube for like three hours now and yeah I still have um I don't know what time it is I don't wanna watch I think I still have like two or three hours before I have to go to work so I'm probably gonna keep watching YouTube and eat this cantaloupe and catch up with you guys I'm gonna eat something else [Music] alright guys so it's getting to a time date when I need to start preparing my dinner to go to work so today I'm gonna make a buffalo chickpea mash salad which I've made in past videos but I'm just gonna show you guys how I make it again just cuz it's super delicious and why not so right here I've just got a full can of chickpeas that I drained and rinsed and then I saved about two tablespoons of the liquid also known as aquafaba and mixed it in there and I mashed it up about 80% I like to still have chunks of chickpea in there so that's why it's not fully mashed and then I'm gonna add about two tablespoons of this plain unsweetened cut hill almond milk yogurt because it gives it that like super creamy texture and flavor and I don't like to use vegan mayonnaise so yeah we're just gonna add that in there sorry if this recording is really bad I'm holding my camera with one hand and doing this with the other so it's gonna be a little hard so I'm just gonna stir that up now you can see how it kind of has that creamy tunafish type of feel then normally I would add some chopped celery but I actually don't have any in the house so I'm just gonna add some chopped carrots and just to mix that around a little bit and now it's time for the hot sauce you can really add as much or as little as you want I'm gonna use Frank's redhot just cuz it's my favorite and I'm gonna add a lot because I like a lot of hot sauce in my stuff I'm probably gonna add about two tablespoons but this is really all about personal preference and then once again stir that all up and now for the spices I already added my black pepper because I have a pepper grinder so I couldn't record it and do it at the same time but I'm also gonna add about 1/4 of a teaspoon of turmeric about 1/2 a teaspoon to a teaspoon of garlic powder mine is all chunky right now for some reason and and about a half a teaspoon or more of onion powder and then once again stir that up and they're in your habit this recipe is really awesome because it's totally about personal preference so you can add whatever spices you want you can add as little or as much of things as you want you can also eat it in so many different ways oh my gosh my hair why is it yeah I'm gonna bring mine with a salad just because that's how I prefer to eat it but you could totally eat it as a sandwich or in a wrap or you could just like eat it like that if you wanted to maybe as a dip whatever super delicious just super simple super easy so yeah I'm gonna pack that for dinner and then I'm also gonna bring one of these new go bars cuz they're just chocolaty and super good if you like want something sweet whatever after dinner and then I'll also probably pack another apple and some dates just in case I feel like snacking and yeah that's all going on um I know it's kind of a little weird the way that my work schedule is but because I'm a nanny I work like different hours every day depending on what day it is what day of the week it is like how much they need me so yeah like tonight I have to be at work at 3:30 um through dinner time but other days I might be there from like noon to midnight you know so it's just like totally based on when she needs me and what's going on but yeah so in case you guys are wondering about you for work and why I am eating lunch and dinner at home and had to pack my dinner because it seems kind of weird that's why so I guess I'll just end the video here because I have to work kind of late and I don't really have anything else to show you guys because that's all I'm in a today I hope you guys enjoyed this super quick little video to see what I
