grocery haul and I was gonna put a bunch of these together and have it just be this massive haul and I thought you know what that's not realistic for a lot of people and beings there's only two of us in the household I really want to be realistic for you guys and show you what we actually typically go to the store for on a weekly basis and I'll kind of explain to you what I've got planned for the week what I already still have them there refrigerator ready to go and excited about this one so that being said if you like these kind of things to go ahead give me a thumbs up let me know if you want to see more grocery hauls now this is strictly Costco and Trader Joe's and as you can see it only goes down to here it's not that big a deal but this week is the week that I really don't have to buy laundry soap cleaning products paper products all the bigger ticket items I didn't have to buy this week so I was able to splurge on a couple of things that normally wouldn't be buying there's there's a few things but I'm going to explain this so starting with and I'll tell you where it came from I'm just gonna go right down the line so I bought a half gallon or 2% milk and nut free 10-part Rinella for Tony because you can't really have nuts you can eat pistachios but almonds and peanuts and that kind of thing are all bad he's he's allergic children so that's for breakfast cage-free fertile eggs and I got these all three of these at Trader Joe's and I believe okay so I didn't pay attention to how much the milk was cuz really didn't matter you know you need the 2% milk right this was $2.99 the eggs were 349th for a dozen these licorice sake twists bring offensive treats these are a dollar ninety-nine from Trader Joe's I get their baby organic baby spinach that's a dollar forty nine or no a dollar ninety-nine excuse me the shredded carrots and I think these weren't 1:29 I want to say use these for rice bowls for all kinds of good stuff and for salads a lot for salads but I like him in a rice bowl too if I've got leftover chicken I've always got rice on hand throw together a stir-fry rice okay and again for a rice bowl hopefully this was a dollar 49 for frozen broccoli and that was Trader Joe's oh here's I wanted to try their enchilada sauce and sometimes I'll grab even though I make my own I will grab something that they've got and then try to mimic the recipe but they've got Trader Joe's enchilada recipe mm-hmm okie dokie I don't think I'll be doing that because I'm not doing this is gonna be Earvin peg tuna for chicken enchiladas a low carb absolutely no tortillas if you'd like to know and see that recipe and even leave me a comment in the comment section and I'll make it for you I also buy their marinara so this is the tomato basil marinara this is a dollar 79 it's nice and thick and I've got home can marinara I can't get to it because the der boxes are stacked so high and I just was like yeah it's okay and then last but not least from Trader Joe's I always get their sprouted bread and this is the flaxseed sprouted black seed bread delicious it takes us a couple weeks to eat this loaf of bread because and I keep it in the freezer in the morning pop it in the toaster no problem and I believe that about 349 as well so now we moved to Costco my girlfriend and I went together so it was like oh where are you getting that and that's why these grocery girls are so much fun because you see what somebody else has Luther wait a minute how are you try that so we did that a couple of times during this shopping event so salad wise I got my sweet kale burrs a salad it's so good and it comes with the dressing it's seven it's that seven superfoods I can eat this just for lunch and like to add blueberries in there mm-hmm and make some roma tomatoes that need to finish ripening I've got tomatoes that are ripe right now that can go in our salads as well Gouda cheese this is smoked gouda it's so good and you can't get it anywhere else as reasonable as Costco this brick was 728 the big hug and I don't remember I think that's just 399 tomatoes or $4.99 and they had apricots pots are in season so the this flat of apricots and this is how many it's doesn't say how many pounds it says 1.3 pill three pounds okay so three pounds I have six pounds I bought two of them $6.99 apiece and then I got your breakfast sausage because well I'm gonna divide it up and it's going in the freezer okay and that's $13.99 early and then my favorite olives on the planet at this moment are these these are maretto Napa Valley be stroked garlic stuffed olives and these are marinated in herbs and Chardonnay and they're so good they're delicious and they're you know when you're really craving something that's kind of salty and briny but yet got some fat to it one olive is ten calories so it's absolutely healthy snack that's healthy oils everything and they taste delicious and then the big splurge that I normally wouldn't this would have been it I thought salads oh yeah that's right this is ham and this is a boneless master carb half ham applewood smoked ham this is so good it's very lean we absolutely love having this on hand for breakfast or sandwiches for anything I need really omelets you need you need ham I've got it so that won't get sliced up we were walking by a one of the places where they sample stuff and this lady was sampling these little drinks and she had lemonade and then this was in there and this is vital proteins collagen peptides by natural whole nutrition and the only it's unflavored the only thing that's in here the only ingredient bovine hide collagen peptides that's it I know it sounds disgusting these are grass fed cows this is for they're actually grass-fed and pasture race so cows are healthier happier it means that you're gonna be healthier and happier but this is good for your hair your nails your joints amazing it has absolutely no flavor so I got it to put in my juice because I have hair issues from the doctor changing my thyroid medicine and so I'd like it back thank you very much anyway so this is my haul for today this that was $44 but this is a two-month supply and so if I drink some of this daily put it in my juice my water my coffee it doesn't matter so I didn't feel like that was a bad deal especially if it helps right and it makes your joints feel better I'm gonna feel better that's right alright guys so if you enjoyed this haul and I hope you did go ahead thumbs up down below leave me a comment of what you would do with the apricots cuz I have plans for let you know and I'll see you next time on another delicious recipe probably from one of these things mmm and or maybe another haul or a garden update or renovation yeah lots of stuff coming up for you alright guys
