Write for me university of south carolina capstone requirements capstone photography finish at the 50 bass fishing reports for lay lake alabama oh no I feel like I haven't been on this channel and so long well I haven't so that's probably why I feel that way but anyways I am back in the gym and I want to share the entire journey with you guys and I actually went grocery shopping today so I'm gonna do a little casual food haul for you guys so imma get started first I'm gonna start on this side of the fridge feta cheese which honestly it isn't the most healthy a lot of fitness gurus kind of stay away from like eating cheese and like dairy but I really love that on my salad my rule is like 80% clean 20% like you know whatever but only because I workout really really really hard so I kind of need that 20% or else I'll feel like super drained and just exhausted throughout the day the next thing I got were these little Tomatoes to put in the salad I don't like chopping up Tomatoes this is kind of like my lazy side I'm just like okay I'll just throw these in there and these are really good I also got some Newman's Own light balsamic vinaigrette because I don't like to eat dry salad I used to but I find that now I'm not as like I'm still strict with my diet but I'm not like how I used to be like pre kids like pre kid that was like way more insane than I am now but I kind of like that because I think I drove myself seriously insane when I was eating that clean and I don't know I love food so I'm just I'm much happier when I'm you know not really going super super hard with like eating 100% clean love this though it's light balsamic and its really good dressing you guys I usually just put like a cap full on to the salad and it just only four grams of fat for every two tablespoons it only has two grams of carb so that's nothing for more like my cheat meals or if I'm feeling like oh like exhausted I like probably carb up and I love the poppy seed dressing because I love eating salad and fruit in it and this dressing is super super good if you like fruit in your salad but this one is like high in fat no it's 13 grams fat and 10 grams of sugar or so it's not the healthiest but this is when I you know just be eating a little not-so-clean but you know if you do everything in moderation like have balance it really won't make too much of a difference at least for me it doesn't I got the market side baby spinach which is just what we eat on salad and also I like to cook it and like stir fries or I got some red potatoes and bread potatoes are super super good for you guys these red potatoes have a 26 grams of carb and it's a good carbohydrate I love me some red potatoes extra lean ground beef I always get the 96% lean 4% fat because it's really lean protein and it's really good for you I'm gonna make some spaghetti out of this the kids really love it I really love it and so well I will be having some pasta in our meal prep seriously one of my favorites almonds from Costco it's the salmon Milano with basil pesto butter and it's pretty much already marinated and everything and all I have to do is seriously greased baking pan and pop it in the oven and it's so good it's really a good source of protein onions because onions are just a really good flavoring veggies I used two per favore avocados I love avocados I usually eat avocados in the morning so I'll probably go through this in like how many or need five I probably go through this in like two or three days fresh chicken drumsticks ooh I can't talk today yeah first chicken drumsticks and the easiest way I could be seriously I bought two of these and I'm just gonna throw that on my season them and then throw them in the crock pot and let it cook until I don't know that it means falling off like six from like about six to eight hours I you shred it all up and I'll eat it with rice or likes rice veggies super simple the kids love it I love it and it's really ugly old tomatoes that I am gonna include in Jerry's prep I'm gonna make the shrimping crops stir-fry that he really really loves so that's gonna be included in his prep squash that I don't know I'm probably gonna include it in like maybe a stir-fry or and for breakfast or lunch I'd like to buy a bunch of veggies and if I don't know what to do with it I'll just put them all together and create something as I go along and it usually works out it's really really good cucumbers I love eating cucumber tomato salads and mixing it with light Italian dressing it's so good if y'all have it try to tell me -
