Write for me excel 2016 capstone project ex 2 working with sales data write for me capstone physical therapy clayton nc aavaranaa pathology report hi everybody we are here with Wisconsin Lutheran College following the first round of the 2002 a Division three women's basketball tournament we have with us from left to right junior Jen Dowden head coach clicking nipple and senior Katelyn canibble coach let's start with you just some general thoughts on the game and then we'll open up for any questions yeah I you know I miss you though of their defense oh yeah you know we knew going in just watch a film that they would pressure us trying to push this to one side I probably should have you know a little bit more head there guys drew balloon girl into our office to try to get into our offense we ran a circle offense all year where we've been able to get the ball to our wigs and this year you know in this game we just did that you know we just we brought we were prior intention was to bring it up slow a little bit slower we didn't want to be pushing the tempo we wanted to keep it slower but I probably should have my guys dribble within that start the offense trying to get our cutters going right away we didn't do that you know they were good I wish we you know wish we'd have done those things a little better I thought our defense was ok I thought when Matty Cruz went down you know that yeah we relied on our defense all year we played really good defense all year we've held opponents to lower totals and it was kind of on that trying to keep the tempo down Caitlin is my daughter who is that beef s I just said this in the locker room she was not the fastest the foot she's probably like her father a lot like your father could shoot that played defense great was always in the right position you know in the right position defending him and that was you know we missed her today with that and that when Cruz went out we had two of our defenders that really defended really well we played gap defense all year and we moved really well defensively you know today like the start of the second half I just coach it appeared certainly early on any way that you had a lot of trouble getting into something I would of an established rhythm with your half-court offense and you got into couldn't do anything going right from from the tip off you really struggled with half-court office talk about that a little bit well when I kind of said just just dribbling into our offense a little bit more getting into our cutting offense when we did a 5 out cutting offense all year and and we could get to our wings a lot easier during the season and just trying to get into that offense we struggle a little bit getting it to our way we should have drilled in drove a lid to that offense we started doing it a little bit better you know when it was too late we started getting jabbed with a lot started getting or cutting to the rim which we had gotten a lot during the year and in this game and again there they defended the ball really hard and we we just we needed to do that to get her to the block a little bit more get a little more established where it could skip past the ball so that you know again I it was a little bit of a change with her going out a day and a half ago I mean we've been played with six pretty much six seven guys and our rotation and I don't look down and there's somebody there that's not there that you can kind of rely on off the bed coming off the bench just our depth obviously heard this a little bit but that was kind of the start of the game we just getting into our offense I think we just had to dribble into it a little bit better so we could get our cutter school coach can you talk about what that's meant to coach your daughter for four years talking about both these flavors up for your first Caitlyn being the head coach and coaching your daughter for four years and then Jen don't cry you go dry it's been a great you know you get that opportunity to coach your daughter my dad pushed me I learned a lot for my father and my family and my dad pushed me so I really pushed Kaitlyn really hard I think Caitlyn she wanted it really bad and her work ethic in the summer time shooting the basketball and giving the gym three hours a day lifting and training you know all summer long to play you know you can't keep treating it can't trade that for it you know Jeff well like you guys have Jen on my team you know I'm just gonna played a lot of places special player coach from a rebounding stamp yeah anyway it looks like you guys have a decent evening they only out rebounded by one that's glancing at the box were so I don't think that's one I read where you can complain too much no you know I think that's kind of where we struggle all you REBOUND it and we've been really trying to work on a rebounding yeah pretty proud of our guys for rebounding higher and all I weave again like you said earlier we couldn't get her off that's go on and get in our office really yeah we tried hating their rebound last year's absence from the NCAA tournament to this year almost felt like an eternity but seven of the last eight years in the NCAA tournament can you speak about that they never take it for granted you know for especially for us at young school and if you look at the teams that are in the NCAA tournament year in year out to be able to do that and I'm proud of the players that we've gotten how hard they work give all the effort I mean not that long and having to consistency and get the players that buy-in it's great it's great for a school and you know just proud of the players that we've had being away for a year you know I think they have a taste where they want to be back you know i but I also think that the moment got to our point guard a little bit you know her freshman year she didn't play a lot for us she you know if you look at our point guard and she did not have a good game today and I'll take credit for that I should have had her a little bit better prepared for this game but but she was in flinching and play organized basketball six years ago yeah her first high school experiences our junior year high school she never had never been an organized system to get to where she got to play in this game and be in that game I just it's it's great that that's somebody like that that I see and we develop them it's just special to see her out there you know not being able not play basketball that much you know when she was younger her soul I'm proud it's been a really good run for us thanks for these questions for players Caitlyn obviously a tough question but talk about how hard it was for you to you know going into this weekend not knowing that last Sunday what was your final game it was hard I think going into the game she was nervous I think being a senior was part of the issue she didn't want it to be the last thing because she was in a lot of so she did there's really no words I'm looking forward to playing today and Jen from your perspective obviously talked about the season and how's it been playing with Caitlyn for the last three years we've had really good support you've all kind of bought it it's what we were doing we were working really a hard day in and day out so it was just really fun like the attitudes and the relationships we all made it was a really good year and it was really cool to see how like when you really gel together how far you can go and what that really means to routine no further question thanks a lot yes [Music] do my
