Western guilford high school ap capstone for money write for me research topics for quality management politically motivated research paper yo what's going on guys um so this is going to be another crock pot meal I haven't done this in a while um actually my last video probably was back in February I think it was a little right before I started the actual meal plan um so this week's macros starting Monday um today is Sunday I know I post another video up earlier um that video is actually I posted it on I actually did that video Saturday but in the video accidentally said Sunday where I kind of mumbled Saturday and it kind of sounded like Sunday but that video was actually done Saturday so today's Sunday um so I did so my macros are gonna be about pretty much the same the only thing that's going up is is my carbs you guys know that I'm slowly raising my calories up a little bit mainly carbs so this week I decided I want to do something a little different along with my crock-pot meal I'm going to use chicken breast but I'm going to use like up it's gonna be like a pulled a lot BBQ and not Bobby I'm sorry pulled buffalo chicken kind of thing so obviously I got this idea from Brendan Campbell I seen it on his uh when I stumble across one of his videos and I had seen it so basically you use Frank Ritz buffalo wing sauce I bought three of them just because my crock-pot scuds and it's a decent size but I have about five pounds of chicken almost five pounds of chicken and I want to make sure that all everything is marinated properly and you also you throw in a mix of Valley ranch's roll ranch mix I guess so about three of these I'm probably use about two but since I I probably want to use about one one packet per bottle of the wing sauce so I'm going to throw the wing sauce in the crock-pot mix it all together and then throw my chicken in there and then it's about almost three o'clock now so this chickens part not gonna be ready until maybe I'm gonna slow cook it so it's probably going to be done to maybe like around nine ten at night I'm going to pull it all apart I'll show to you guys but let me show you some other things that I got so basically like I said my calories are almost the same I mean my macros almost the same as far as my protein and my fat goes the only thing I'm getting a little more in is our Reese's puffs I love the cereal I bought some more I got the bigger box now the other thing that I am changing out because typically would like to have a part of source of my carbs for for my macros is about 19 grams of carbs from barbecue sauce so that's about three tablespoons I think so I decided to switch that out because I'm getting kind of tired of the Buffalo so I mean the barbecue sauce and I'm going to replace it with Gatorade these things are about 34 calories of carbs it's basically like you know there's simple sugars but I want to incorporate this mainly post-workout if possible if not just have it you know in my arsenal as far as different carb sources I'm not obviously not the most ideal carb source I could get a better carb source but for me right now that's what I want to do I'm actually going to be doing about half of this one bottle gives you about 34 grams of carbs I only need it to replace the barbecue sauce so I'm only going to take about half of that so I'm going to measure the whole bottle out and then I'm going to cut that in half and then that's going to give you about 17 grams of carbs I get about 19 from barbecue so you know close enough but that's what I'm going to have probably most likely post-workout then I'm gonna have my you know my wing Buffalo whatever spicy buffalo pullback chicken breakfast is going to be about - a little over two cups of rice cute I mean rice krispies Reese's puffs I mean same thing of milk I'm going to be still doing about one scoop in the morning of whey protein - post-workout I'm still having my pistachios and one tablespoon of peanut butter so yeah that's kind of like my breakfast I have to write everything out because I'm tired of having to look back My Fitness Pal app and it's you know what they need to do an update to my fitness pal app where you can set calories just for that specific day if not you have to go all the way back you have to slide all the way back to the macros that you did and you can't even like pull that whole day and switch it over or copy and paste it to another day it's so annoying that you have to like go back and reload everything and I don't know it's just annoying to me but yeah so okay I'm gonna start this whole thing up I'm gonna get going and then I'll I'll get back to you guys when I put everything in the crock pot show it to you guys and then and then again I'll cut it off again go back and then show you the finished product all right guys check guys in a bit all right guys so I got everything mixed in it's about almost 5 pounds I didn't really get 2d fat any of the oh I get I didn't get 2d fat the chicken I just tore it off with my fingers as best as I could let's come up what it looks like I have it set on low right now so right now it's gonna take sorry if it's not in focus but it's on low so I'm going to set this like I said for about 6 6 7 hours I'm going to check on out periodically 2 bottles and 2 packets of the sauce actually just did a good job at covering everything obviously there's going to be some moisture some water from the chicken i rinsed it off obviously that as well so I'm going to just cover it and check back on it later hopefully it comes out great cause if not then I'm stuck with about 5 pounds of chicken I gonna have a hard time eating all right guys well chicken guys a little bit hard bye guys alright so the chicken is done I just tempted right now I broke it apart this time like what it looks like I mean there you go pretty much done and just I set it on warm so I just I'm gonna break it down as far as I'm gonna shred it again flavor-wise that's not that bad I think I could have done it it's a little dry but again chicken breast has always been kind of dry I'm definitely going to bring some of that juice and transfer it over onto into a plate I mean to the Container that I'm used to put the chicken in it's a little drier definitely going to keep some of the moisture with it I mean some of the moisture I mean some of the juice and sorry I just had to finish that piece um it's pretty good decent again without kind of have to you know get it in its juices fridge actually tastes good but it's fine definitely a little change because normally how I do my chicken the other way and I was getting kind of boring so yeah I'm going to finish this up I'm going to cut it taste is decent don't definitely recommend it if you want to try something different it does have a little kick to it just like buffalo sauce I may even throw since the buffalo sauce has no calories I may even throw a little bit on there after it's done cooking but I'm definitely gonna marinate in his juices while I store it away alright guys what's it I just want to bring another video to you guys like that'd to know it's been about been quite a while since I made a crock-pot video nothing special I wasn't I was in the in the process of making the MTS drop factor review but I started messing up and I just I got frustrated so I stopped I'm probably going to go back later late later during the week and finish it tomorrow I have another update with you guys as far as what my macros are for the week and then the other thing that I am doing are you know I'll talk about it tomorrow it's about my carb intake on the weekend on the weekend so I'll let you guys know in tomorrow's video alright guys well thanks so much for watching don't forget to Like comment subscribe and I'll see you that's the next video peace capstone title company bloomington indiana Nyack College, Nyack.
