air fryer and we cook almost everything in it everything turns out great right yes it does it lives on our countertop it's super easy to just turn it on throw the food in and literally minutes it takes minutes and everything turns out amazing so I'm excited to show you guys the new stainless steel digital air fryer let me walk you through it and then Eddie it's gonna make dinner for us okay so this is the Avalon Bay digital stainless steel air fryer and you can see it's pretty much almost the same as the regular Avalon Bay digital air fryer all of the controls are the same on the front it's a little bit larger in more square but I what I think is really kind of cool is that they actually build this as being portable so you literally just lift the lid and carry it and you go on your way Eddie suggested you can maybe do some awesome tailgating with this as long as you could find a way to use a converter with your vehicle and pull lug it right in so the controls are super easy over on this side if you use the arrow up you can increase the temperature arrow down decrease the temperature we usually cook our foods either at 360 or at 400 and then on the left-hand side what looks like there we go on the left-hand side you can control the minutes so you can bump it up to 2025 minutes whatever over here is the play button which actually means on and then right here is the off button this is the pre-programmed button so if you want to use one of the programmed cooking times and cooking temperatures you would use that button there so this is the bathroom look at that stainless steel it's a round it looks exactly like a fry basket but this is an air fryer guys no oil so you get really really crispy yummy delicious food we cooked chicken wings in ours recently and baby were the best no oil so this one is going to be super easy to clean because it is stainless steel this pops out so we just lift this switch up here push it down and then the basket itself pops out you want to wash this part and then wash that part as well there will be a little bit of food and liquid that collects in the bottom of the pan but again so that's what you guys it's so super easy to use we're gonna go ahead and cook up some in the airfryer and I'm gonna let Eddie show you how he's gonna do that okay so we have a Chuck a chuck roast right here and I don't I think this is about three and a half pounds and what I've done is I've taken it put it in the container I poured a little bit of this pomegranate bassam ik mittigar I've sprinkled in the black pepper I've placed everything seasoning every day every day seasoning and 21 seasoning salute and and I've also placed minced garlic on it and I've let that sit for a while and I just put a quarter of a cup of red red wine in the mixture now what we're gonna do here is take this out and Julie has left this all together so we're gonna take the the hopper here and we're gonna place some sliced onions on the very bottom and then we're gonna take the chuck roast and stick it mmm dig right in there nice and tight and we're gonna pour this juice in there and we're gonna cook it okay so we're going to take this off and easily just load it into the air fryer the Avalon Bay stainless-steel air fryer we're gonna turn it on we're gonna put this for twenty two minutes at two at 380 380 and we're gonna set go and as you can see it's red right here in the middle that means it's heating up when it does get to 380 degrees that light will turn off and the fan will stay on inside the air fryer is heating coils and a high speed fan that blows the air down and around the food causing it to crisp up somewhat what I'm hoping for is in this case I'm hoping that the onions will take the grunt of the bottom heat and the meat will cook and give off some juice and leave the juice in the bottom hopper later at 22 minutes this will go off and we're going to chop up some potato and mushroom and put it in for another 22 minutes and it should be done okay everyone this has been 22 minutes in the fryer here and I'm going to flip it over flip it and then we're going to throw some of these potatoes right on onto the side there a little bit more here we're loading this sucker up and we also have some mushrooms some people like to all cut them I like just crumbling them okay and then we're just gonna leave season with a little bit of the crushed black pepper we're gonna put a little dab of this pomegranate balsamic and a little bit more of this 21 season salute I'm gonna load this guy back in get in there guy you're hungry okay okay and we're gonna go back to 384 22 minutes and play 22 minutes have gone by and let's see what this has created see how everything is cooked down I hear crunchiness I think that is potatoes I'm trying to get to our meat here because we're gonna wash our meat this sit and rest for a couple minutes let's tip let's take this out and we'll show you what it looks like okay so 44 minutes in the Avalon Bay stainless steel air fryer and we have this meat to show for and here is our potatoes and our crushed mushrooms and what we're gonna do now is crush the rest of the mushrooms we have and throw it in for about five minutes and just see what happens after that we're going to use the juice that's at the bottom and some corn starch and make a little bit of gravy or that you can break that up like in it like a like an egg you don't have to use mushrooms but we really like mushrooms don't we Julie yes we do okay back in as easy as turning on this time three six or fifteen minutes nope we're gonna go five minutes actually we gots to go three minutes okay let's check out our vegetables here let's just stir it up and I feel crunchiness and some of this potato and I think this is ready to go thank you the nice thing about this is we can just take this right on out see that now we have that too uh gravy to do so we can use that here and then we have some of these nice beautiful juices in here with a little bit of the garlic now we're gonna put just a sprinkle of corn starch in there - gravy it up that thicken it up we use a spoon here mix it and we now have a little bit of meat gravy for our stick take a look at that guys it's not a whole lot but it's enough for a little bit of extra flavor let's let's take a taste oh that's really good a lot more of that okay guys let's have
