we've certainly been hearing from people 20 30 percent and if you're already paying your max you're already paying 50 to 60 percent of your income you can't handle 20 or 30 percent even lahar let's talk about what tenants can do if there's anything you this for to protect themselves well currents should think more politically than they do today right so whether its voting for someone a politician that they can look at their track record in terms of affordable housing or just organizing in their building speaking to people and their neighbors and really bringing their collective
