see you just get kind of like the little plant part okay so that's what I threw in there already so I did that with about two or three sprigs of rosemary and the same thing time time is the lemony and fresh and it's just great and it really goes well with lemons which we're going to use today okay so time is even smaller but same idea you grab it like this from the very top and pull down and you get left with these little pieces of time that you will just throw in your bag like that okay now on to direct now we're going to add some lemon zest guys the zest which is the peel of the lemon lime and oranges has tons of really great flavor and this is where all the essential oils live so this is the best part of the fruit and for you so this is what you want to do you take a little grater like this a microplane you don't have when you must you have to invest in one so you're just gonna we're just gonna open up the bag put the grater over it or the zester and in here just finish kind of shave through the lemon now make sure to go lightly through it if you get to the white rough part of it it's just bitter and tough and you're not going to like it so just how the skin of it the very top layer a little bit at a time going through the lemon just like this you'll just kind of look at it and see where you still have some yellow left over that lets you another one how you fit this and I can't tell you I love Rachael Ray when she says she wishes they have smell-o-vision because I really wish they had smell-o-vision also because it just smells so good and just commodities but I tell you this is where all the flavor flavor resides so try this at home you've got lemons or limes and you can use this fish or chicken or seafood really really greedy and through calories okay so the end we just this is if you see you have all this best right here so just gonna bang it out there and that is okay now we're going to take some extra virgin olive oil trying a really good flavor or really good quality because it makes a big difference just gonna dress a little bit in there good just about a few tables wouldn't take some rice vinegar this is a vinegar that's kind of sweet and tart at the same time and it just adds a really yummy flavor so I'm just gonna add a little bit of that in here I got just a quarter cup good okay okay guys now on to the juice of a lemon also adds tons of flavor with low calories so grab your lemon and just give it a roll with your hand like this just so that it's easier to get the juice out we'll do it with bows because muscle it out in here a little bit okay we're gonna slice it in half one and then another tool that you must have if you're gonna start cooking healthy a juicer this is awesome and make sure you get one that's big enough to fit the oranges the limes and the lemon is because this one actually fits an orange also so it's awesome so easy no mess or you just put the lemon in there lose it and just give it one push and it's done we're gonna do that again the other half look how easy that comes out and the other one it's pretty good exercise too it's kind of hard to push down here right we got to make everything a workout by the way so get used to it all right last one how easy is that you can get this at like any Target or Walmart or cranium barrels very easy to find okay how beautiful does this mixture then I'm just you know what I'm gonna do I think I'm just gonna throw these lemons and you know just do this just give it more flavor why not right so then make sure to take all the air out blow it up really well the fridge for about twenty to thirty minutes a little longer if I have time and maybe we can clean it 350 degree oven with a baking sheet that's covered with aluminum even less stress less bus less cleanup put the chicken in it for about 20 minutes and then everyone have a delicious flavored chicken that sure beats a plain piece of plain grilled chicken and I'm gonna really enjoy this with my roasted vegetables that I made last night and that I don't feel deprived it doesn't feel like I'm on a diet and I get better results I'm able to be more consistent all right guys it's taking a long
