it up and pop it in this next step is super easy and a big hit for you cheese lovers like me all you need is a block of Velveeta cheese and your favorite salsa whether homemade or store-bought totally doesn't matter you can decide how much well do you want to use based on how many guests you're having I prefer to cut it up and have it cubed that way it melts fast or when I microwave it so I'm gonna cut it up stick it in the microwave stop about midway through the two minutes and I'm gonna mix it pop it back in let it finish once I'm done I'm gonna add as much salsa as I want to it mix it up and it's ready to serve so easy now I have my milk out just so that I can add a little swig just for creaminess alright let's pop it in the microwave okay so this is perfect this is exactly what it should look like it's gonna thicken up a little bit as it cools again and so while it's hot we're gonna mix in some of our favorite sauce okay so when you're done it should look a little bit like a Thousand Island so I'm going to let it cool and then I may serve it with chips the best part is whatever sauce I have left I can totally just stick in this other bowl and if someone's not a case of lover like me they can just do chips and salsa now it's time to move on to our meat section the first thing I had to get started with a couple of hours ago just for times sake on this video using my crock-pot we are making dr. pepper pulled pork sliders the only ingredients I needed a pork tenderloin dr. pepper a package of Lipton's dry onion soup and that was off it's been in on high for five hours now that it's all done all I have to do is scoop it out and put it on some rolls and it's ready to serve this next dish is called tacos on the go the first thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna cook the taco meat I'm using Turkey but you can use beef chicken whatever you walk around of course anime is a package of taco seasoning let me tell you a little bit about what we're about to do we're gonna open these bags I have a Cool Ranch Doritos I have a spicy nacho Doritos and I've got three tips I'm gonna open each of the bags we're gonna put in a little bit of meat a little bit of lettuce sour cream cheese tomatoes and voila you've got tacos on your bill no plates involved so it's the easiest cleanup pepper when they're finished you just throw away the back the meats ready so let's do this all right this next one also is easy for cleanup its sriracha meatballs I love this sauce it's from Trader Joe's it's organic it's sriracha and roasted garlic barbecue sauce yeah I call this recipe Eric sweet meatball I've got about half of the sauce here in this jar and I'm gonna fill it up the rest of the way with some water most times you probably put the sauce in and add the water but I think it makes it so much easier to get the sauce actually out of the jar if I just mix it in beforehand so let's add it and then we'll let them cook so we want to make sure that all the meatballs are covered in the sauce while they're cooking these were frozen ones and so they're already fully cooked we just want to make sure that they saw all the way through and get heated up I'm gonna go ahead and cover up and leave them for just a few minutes okay so the meatballs are all done and now all I'm gonna do is I'm going to use a toothpick to poke each one and put it on a plate and they're ready to serve okay so these meatballs are all good to go a fun fact is that with the leftover sauce that you have it's gonna start to thicken back up a little bit you can totally use it to refresh it up these meatballs just by pouring it a little bit over them and if you don't want to waste it my husband and my brothers have been known to use this sauce just like a salsa and dip chips in it so keep that in mind too if you want to put it out now we're on to the desert so it's pretty easy you make your favorite brand or recipe of brownies I am kinda the Box girl so I went with the chocolate fudge brownie by Pillsbury now that they're done and cooled all I'm gonna do is use this cookie cutter I got to cut out individual footballs and then I'm gonna place them on this plaque once I place them on the platter I'm gonna use this white icing and I'm gonna make them look like footballs so easy and so yummy so I'm going to cut out the footballs okay so don't get afraid that they're gonna fall apart here's my secret of how I'm getting them out so when I push the cookie cutter down I'm gonna wiggle it around make sure the bottom comes loose and then pick them up and they'll stay in they can just pop them out voila so I chose a green fighter just because it kind of mimics grass but now we're ready to decorate it should be quick easy don't think too much into it don't be a perfectionist this next one is so easy Chex Mix makes money buddies what we're going to do is we're going to take money buddies open up the package in a bowl then we're going to open up M&Ms you can do the peanut ones peanut butter ones crispy pretzel whatever you like we're gonna open them up and then you're gonna choose your teams colors to mix in with the muddy buddies almost every team has at least one or two M&M colors since these are primary colors if you represent the Gators you could do blue and orange if you represent the Patriots you could do red and blue I have been to represent a few different teams but today for the sake of colors I'm gonna represent the Seattle Seahawks so I'm gonna choose all the blues and all the greens for the Seahawks today and mix of it see looks so festive right one last thing we don't have time for today but if you're looking for a healthier option you can totally take strawberries multiple chocolate heat it in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until melted dip the strawberry let it cool and then use that same icing run white chocolate to make those look like footballs - that would be a healthier super-easy option for desserts I hope you enjoyed
